Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Help customers who are dropping off clothes. Separate the clothing according to type, such as shirts, dresses and slacks, as well as by fabric type for items that need special care.

2. Note specific requests such as spot removal or replacing buttons on the corresponding items.

3. Count the number of items to be cleaned, identifying the items by color and type on the ticket and calculating the total cost of the dry cleaning bill.

4. Process the payment.

5. Answer phones, answer questions about prices and store hours, and let customers know that their clothes are ready.

6. Assist customers picking up their clothing at the counter.

7. Retrieve the ticket from the customer and locate the clothing by matching the ticket number to the duplicate copy attached to the garment bag.

8. They check the ticket and make sure all items are included before handing them to the customer.

9. Inform customers of any issues with their special requests.

 10. Handling customer questions and complaints




Desired Candidate Profile

We are urgently requiring a Counter Clerk / Customer Service – Female only.

An ideal candidate must be presentable and have good communication skills.

Must have at least a years experience in customer care roles.

Should be available to join immediately.

Prefer female filipinos on visit visa
