We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who has experience in working with handling multiple country visas.
Below Job Description.
1. Typing visa applications to UK, US, Schengen countries. (added advantage if knows more country visa requirements)
2. Checking and verifying the data entered.
3. Make payment online and get the required documents for the submission of the visa to concerned Embassy/Consulate.
4. Coordinate with the Management and the customer for the requirements
5. Daily reporting on the activities and applications.
1 .Working experience in applying visas to these countries. UK, US, Schengen, South Africa) Schengen – Spain, Italy, Germany, Australia, etc.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent typing skills.
4. Complete knowledge in documentation requirement.
