Job Description
Assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.

Assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

Act as point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.

Skills
Open to ANY NATIONALITY, Filipino or Indian candidates is preferred
Male/Female, 35 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same role
Must be fluent in written and spoken English
Must be familiar with design office procedures, and possess expert typing and word processing (MS Word for Windows) skills and have other computing skills, e.g., Excel and PowerPoint
Can maintain positive and courteous attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills and team player
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 4,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
